SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

We process your order as soon as possible from the moment you place it. We will send you an email to let you know your order is on its way.

2. METHODS OF SHIPMENT

Shipping within Greece:

Shipping is free on orders over 49€.

The shipment is made to the address of your choice via courier for a fee of 4€ or to a BOX NOW Locker with a fee of 2€.

For payments by cash on delivery, there is an additional cost of 2€.

*Prices are final and include VAT and additional courier charges.

RETURN POLICY

1. GENERAL

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as products that come into contact with the skin, see roll ons. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about this item.

Products that show damage due to misuse or improper use are not covered by replacement or refund. Signs of abuse (such as scratches, cracks or damage from the use of sharp or hard objects) negate the possibility of replacement. The assessment is made based on the condition of the product and the information provided (e.g. photos).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept rebates or gift card returns.

3. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we receive and review your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

In case of cancellation of an order without its content being defective or incorrect, the refund is made without including the cost of transport.
